Swedish research suggests that men who do not openly express their anger double their risk of a heart attack. The researchers studied 2,755 male employees in Stockholm and their results showed a strong relationship between built up anger and heart disease.

Smoking bans 'cut heart attacks'

The law enforced to ban smoking in public places had a huge impact on cutting the number of heart attacks, a bigger impact than what was previously expected. Results showed that the ban cut the number of myocardial infarctions by up to a third in Europe and North America.
